I would so love to work with you and to help you make some positive lasting changes! I am licensed in the UK with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues; bereavement; stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with victimisation; bullying, and abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I help my clients get great results through simplistic strategies. This begins by me building a great rapport with you fast. I will give you a set of tools you can take away with you to help you make continuous positive lifestyle changes which improve your mental; emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. I also have experience of helping couples mediate if they wish to improve their romantic/marital relationships

James has been an incredible help. He has given a lot of useful tools and collateral to deal with my anxiety and previous trauma. Through talking to him and doing the exercises he has provided, I have been able to identify pain points and work on them continuously —Which in turn has lead to significant improvements in both my personal and professional life. I was a little hesitant to talk with James at first, but our first session had me reflecting, going to the root cause of my issues, and learning how to prioritize my mental health and well-being. Using biblical principles and tools to support me was very important so these sessions mean a lot and I am happy to have him as my therapist.
