I really enjoy my sessions with Jamie. She is kind, knowledgeable and supportive. She is able to offer perspective's to my situations & articles to help out when needed. Not a week goes by where she hasn’t checked in to see how I am doing in between session's & offer encouragement or support when needed. I appreciate her so much!

I am so happy that I was paired with Jamie! She really gets to the heart of what is going on and then provides me with many different tools to help. She never pushes me to do anything, but guides me and gives choices for what I can do. I have had a great reduction in anxiety already after just a few sessions. Excited to continue with her for more valuable help and resources!
