Jamie is kind, compassionate, and gives amazing advice when you need another perspective while stuck in the mud. She not only listens and hears you out, but gives actionable tasks to complete, which will further your progress in whatever it is you're looking to improve. I would highly recommend her to anyone out there!

Jamie is a great listener, asks questions that help me think deeper about the topic at hand, and provides tools to try. She remembers names, and follows up on topics from previous sessions if I get stuck or am not sure what to talk about next. She is empathic and I feel like I can lower my guard. She’s helped me through some low times and I would recommend her to anyone that needs a person to vent to, that also helps with a firm nudge. :)

I was looking for something very particular and Jamie was very clear in her experience as well as her willingness to learn alongside me. I really appreciated the honesty. She has been non-judgmental and does not tell me what I should do, but rather continues to help me explore the deeper picture and come to my own conclusions. It's rare for me to stick with a therapist for an extended period of time. I really appreciate her.
