I am licensed in Texas with over 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, grief and loss, motivation, health and confidence in finding their motivation. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared and explored. I have experience in narrative therapy in which I help clients navigate their story through unpacking the layers and re-storying their preferred experience and stance to life's challenges. I also use motivational interviewing to help with developing meaningful goals. It takes courage to seek out a path to a happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
