I am licensed in Nebraska with 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, substance use, motivation, self esteem, confidence, trauma, & depression. I am currently working towards certifications in Play Therapy and EMDR. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
