I have extensive experience in helping clients with depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, & bipolar disorder. I am a Cognitive- Behavioral Therapist and believe that changing one’s negative and maladaptive thinking can improve one’s feelings and behavior. We also assist clients in developing healthy and successful coping skills . You are the expert of your story and you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
