She is totally understanding and supportive. She always knows how to help me, and give me a bit of confidence to do things that take me out of my comfort zone a little bit, she truly is amazing at her job!

Jamie is a therapist like no other. I’ve been working with her for almost 4 months now. When I started therapy I was utterly lost. I was treading water and drowning. I had worked with therapists outside of Better Help in the past but never had truly felt the benefits so I was hesitant to try again. I am beyond glad I reached out and was connected with Jamie. She is able to genuinely listen and connect my concerns with solutions that actually apply to me specifically. We’re all so different and using the same tactic in the same way doesn’t work for everyone. She is able to provide a therapeutic response in a way that feels geared to me and my individual needs. Her skill and knowledge are phenomenal! In the short months we have worked together, I’m smiling again. But more so, I can FEEL that smile. I’m grateful.
