Hello! I am a professional counselor licensed in Connecticut with more than 8 years experience working as a therapist. I am here to help you work through whatever has motivated you to seek out therapy. I have experience addressing all sorts of issues/situations including stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, parenting problems, with a special focus in adoption and foster care issues. I also have experience and training in dealing with first responder issues.

My style of therapy involves partnering with my clients to make a plan best suited for their needs and wants. It is my goal to create a comfortable and collaborative treatment space right from the start. I work with people from a non-judgmental, humorous, empathetic, and authentic approach to help them reach whatever goals are the focus of their treatment.
