Reviews

She is wonderful! She has helped me learn to shift the focus on myself and she has been supportive in providing ways to come up with things that can assist me with my therapy. The talk therapy has helped tremendously. My family has noticed a calmness in me which I did not even pick up on. She makes me feel heard, noticed, and is kind and very professional. She takes the time to listen and she will help push you in the direction needed for your goals.
I am glad to know her and love that I have someone who will work with me to help reach my potential and give me the tools needed to get me where I need to be. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I can start my intended path and will have the tools necessary to have a more positive outlook and courage, that I have lost for quite some time, towards my future.

Jamila is very supportive and understanding. I appreciate her because she is positive but still real and not condescending like some therapists can be. I can trust her to be honest and direct with me. She's great. I've never had a therapist I felt comfortable opening up to like that before.
