Jamilia is fantastic. She helped me get through some really hard times and get out the other end feeling good about myself and good about the direction my life is heading. She helped me reframe certain difficulties in my relationships and gave me the tools and confidence to make sure I’m getting my own needs met while building relationships. She is understanding and non-judgemental and can listen to you vent, then take in what she heard and give you poignant advice or things to think about. Highly recommended!
