I have been in and out of therapy for years, but this is the first time in a long while that I’ve felt such a profound difference in my life. Janet has a calming presence and warmth that immediately put me at ease. She strikes a perfect balance between being direct when needed and gentle when necessary, using her intuition to navigate each session in a way that feels tailored to me.
Therapy isn't always easy—sometimes the inner work can be challenging, like looking into a mirror—but Janet is always there to remind me of the strength and power I have within to change, evolve, and grow. In our sessions, I always feel that my well-being is her priority, which makes me feel safe and supported.
After just a few months, I can already see the impact our work together has had on both my personal relationships and my career. Janet was truly meant to do this work, and I am incredibly grateful for her guidance.

Janet is the best therapist I have had in my entire life - she is absolutely brilliant and empathetic while helping me work through life long issues - no therapist has ever been able to keep up with my lifetime of trauma and relate it to present circumstances better - I would recommend her to anyone and everyone, she’s incredible
