Janet has been helpful and respectful. I appreciate her ability to empathize but still direct my thoughts in a constructive, productive way to reframe how I think about things.

She’s so engaging and funny to talk to. It doesn’t feel pressuring which I appreciate and she’s very kind and funny. Highly recommend she understands and challenges me.

I have only talked to Janet twice so far, but she seems to get it. "It" being therapy and talking to people. She is welcoming and fun, and makes it easier to talk about whatever is bothering you.
