Dr. Janice Galizia, Psychologist
About me
With the right tools and a supportive environment, you can clearly define and achieve your goals. This is the approach I take in our therapeutic relationship: helping you identify and build upon your areas of strength to create meaningful and lasting changes in your life. I approach therapy as a collaborative, empowering process. Through our work, we will address your needs and goals and find techniques to help relieve your symptoms as quickly and effectively as possible.
My almost ten years of clinical experience in various settings, including clinics, schools, and hospital settings, has allowed me to gain experience working with clients facing a variety of stressors and mental health issues. Dr. Galizia is helping me work with some issues. She is a great listener but also provides constructive steps I can take to move forward. She is available between appointments if necessary and is very responsive when I reach out.
