While I was hesitant in the beginning about this app, I am now very happy with my choice.
Janice is very professional, kind, supportive and respectful. She has responded to my messages of concern and sent great material to check so that I can work on some things independently. I am very grateful for this and happy with the action I took to help myself out.

I am going through many changes in my life at once. I am uncomfortable with many of them, having conflicting thoughts and many uncertainties. Having a calm and thoughtful therapist like Janice makes me slow down, reflect and put things in perspective that I didn't manage to do myself, even though I thought of topics for countless hours and sleepless nights. It feels as if I breathe more easily after our sessions.

Great therapy sessions where I feel listened to and can talk my issues out.

Janice helped me during a depression / grieving phase and recommended me books to read. She also helped me to look at totally unknown sides / aspects of myself I had never looked at with previous therapists. Janice is very quick to reply on chats outside of therapy for issues, and very accommodating in case rescheduling is necessary. She also recommended worksheets to deal with specific topics. Thank you very much for your valuable help Janice.
