This is my second time trying therapy and Jared made me feel completely comfortable about opening up during our first session. I didn’t feel awkward or embarrassed talking with him and was relieved to get so much out during that first session! He’s spot on with the worksheets and other materials he sends me.
This time around, I finally feel like I can achieve a better me.

Flexible and patient listener with a great way of understanding. Uses that to give you resources to help you understand things about yourself and how you work.
