I am a graduate of Troy University where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services. I also have a Master's degree in Social Work. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has experience in direct practice. I have worked with individuals, children, families and seniors. I have worked with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues to include grief and loss, anxiety, Depression, and career burnout to name a few. I use a number of therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Crisis Intervention, and Solution Focused Therapy. I use a strengths based, holistic, and person centered approach to guide practice.
