I will give you the tools to become more emotionally aware and self-reflective so that you can navigate both your inner and outer world with greater confidence and clarity.
Seeking therapy can be a scary decision. I do however believe that the issues prompting you to seek therapy have the potential to enable you to move into a new level of self-understanding.

Jason is an incredible human being. His ability to empathise and listen without judgement allowed me to open up and explore where my emotions came from in a way I didn’t think possible. I feel a completely different person after meeting with him, and I will forever be grateful for his support.

Jason is an excellent professional therapist, who has made me feel very comfortable sharing my issues with him. In a session, I would share any obstacles I am facing, give a weekly update and a well-being check-in about myself. He also helps me organise my thoughts, covers underlying issues, that I have not thought of, and offers useful suggestions. I highly recommend Jason to anyone in need of a down-to-earth therapist.

I like Jason’s point of views and how he is helping me look at things more positive. He gave me lots of tips to help with my depression and anxiety and they have worked for me when I actually started giving it a chance.
