Jason was great. He utilized active listening and when I left the session, I felt empowered. Jason asked great follow up questions which allowed for self-reflection

Jason Harper is wonderful. He is professional, kind, and able to reframe things in a way that is very helpful to me in processing my feelings and thoughts. He has a sense of humor, but doesn't use it to gloss over hard things. He gives me time to absorb big moments in our sessions. He has really been key to helping me see some difficult things in my past and my present and to finding ways to deal with things beyond my control in positive ways. He feels safe, like I could tell him anything and he would not be shocked or judgmental. I find his style very therapeutic for me. Definitely recommend him if you are serious about dealing with your mental health and looking for someone to offer new ideas and reframe old ones.

Jason is an amazing therapist who takes time to get to know their clients and fully listen and understand where they are coming up. He also gives great advice and feedback based on not what you want to hear but what you should hear and makes you think of things that you wouldn’t normally think of. I think this is a fantastic way of helping people grow.

If it wasn't for Jason helping me see what's important and giving me ways to help with anger I wouldn't be in as good of a place as I am. I have health problems and they would be much worse if I didn't have the rest of my life in the order its in now. I definitely wouldn't be in a good place. I hold myself accountable to tell Jason the truth about any problems. And he always asks the right questions to get me to think about what I should have done. At this point because of him I know when I messed up when it's happening, and it happens much less. My mother and I get long so much better.
