About me

Thank you for taking a look at my profile. I have over 27 years of experience in the behavioral health field with the last five years of that being virtual/text/phone based sessions. I do my best to reduce the pressure and tension usually associated with beginning the counseling/therapy process. If you don't feel like I'm a good fit for you and your issues, I understand. I would appreciate you giving me a chance though. I hope you get a chance to read the reviews of people just like yourself have been nice enough to leave here about their work with me. I wish you well on your journey and would be honored if you invite me to tag along. Have a great rest of your day or night. Respectfully and Professionally Yours, Jason

Written on Mar 27, 2024 after therapy with Jason for 3 years and 10 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, sleeping disorders, and anger management

Jason is an excellent conversationalist and has a wide breadth of knowledge to draw from. One of the most helpful things he did for me is to provide post-session notes that summarized our conversation. He listened to my story and was there to help guide me through my difficulties. He checked in through messages regularly which kept me on track and was really nice because it felt like he cared about my progress as well.

Jason is committed to my success in my therapy in whatever form that looks like. He is very flexible with scheduling and working around meltdowns that sometimes interrupt the process.
