I am licensed in Texas with 11 years of professional counseling experience. I graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts Degree in Biblical and Professional Counseling. I am also trained in the use of EMDR. I specialize in teen, tween, and adolescent trauma. I also comparable experience in helping other age groups with trauma and abuse, stress and anxiety, family conflicts, motivation and self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
