Great communication feels like he's always there to help

Jason is amazing! I didn't have high expectations going into better help, but I was desperate. I couldn't find a therapist. I threw a lot at Jason right off the bat, and he triaged and got me through a rough patch. Now we're doing the more constructive structuring I've been needing from therapy. He's amazingly knowledgeable, able to listen to what I have to say and give genuine feedback with a balanced opinion. I'm so glad I've finally found someone to help me, highly recommend. Thank you Jason!

My therapist - Jason is knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly, he listens and understands what I’m trying to say even if I’m not being clear. This is my first use of a Better Health therapist and I couldn’t be happier.

Jason is incredibly patient and thoughtful in how he communicates. I highly recommend Jason as he is someone candidly who should teach other therapists how to be great therapists! The best there is.
