Dr. Goodman does a great job challenging me to say what I'm really feeling. He makes me find the truth instead of reacting to old feelings.

Dr Goodman is a great listener and always gives me tools and viewpoints to consider. I have gone through many changes in the past few years and with his help they have been positive and productive. I really enjoy talking with him.

One day I woke up and decided enough was enough. My millennial way of approaching life as a full-time working (sometimes traveling) parent, familial stress with aging parents, family rifts, the inherent anxiety…you name it. Sometimes you can’t just put your head down and get to work (alone). My first match was Dr Goodman. I cannot imagine a better scenario. Dr. Goodman is everything I never knew I needed. His presence is calming. He is thought provoking, supportive, always encouraging, never pushy, but still guides you through the bowling bumpers that you need. I love that we work through anecdotes and quotes - they resonate with me. Within weeks, I feel calmer and more centered than I have in years.

I highly recommend Dr. Goodman to anyone who needs both an empathetic listener who tracks your issues and relationships across time and someone who will also help you see where you are contributing to your own problems. He's consistently caring, humorous, and supportive.
