I feel very fortunate to have been matched with Jayne. She is incredibly empathetic and has a very human approach to our therapy sessions, which really works for me personally. Jayne knows how to balance keeping on track with our therapy focus and exploring other things as they arise. I have seen personal growth and a positive shift in myself under Jayne's guidance.

Jayne is such a warm kind soul. She can understand my trauma without my knowledge. She provides so many different activities, worksheets and extra reading. It is a pleasure to have Jayne guide me on my mental health journey.
