Jean Hair, LCSW
About me
I am licensed in Maine with 26 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, grief & loss, self esteem, confidence, setting boundaries & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I enjoy helping people incorporate their own spiritual beliefs into their healing. Each person has a process unfolding within them that is moving them forward toward healing and wholeness. I'd like to assist you in finding and working with your own process. I encourage full embodied living. I use talk therapy, self reflection, personal insight, mindfulness, EMDR, art as self-expression, and dreams as inner guidance to help you reach your goals. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
