I have only seen Jean once but she is amazing. She is so supportive and kind. She's a great listener and gives really good feedback on how to deal with situations. She also made sure we got to everything I wanted to talk about during the appointment, making it a point to get to everything even if it had to be quick. Outside of appointment time, she is easily reachable in the messaging system here and replies quickly. She regularly checks in, and doesn't expect a reply but welcomes messages here. All around Jean has been amazing and I highly recommend her!

Jean is by far the best therapist I have had as an adult. As someone who has been in therapy my whole life, I cannot recommend her enough. I am very sensitive to attentiveness & empathy in my sessions and Jean strongly accomplishes this. She never disappoints. I just feel like I hit the jackpot!

I’ve only had one session so far, but Jean is the most incredibly sensitive therapist I’ve ever had. She is empathetic and validates what I’m feeling. She’s very warm and welcoming and her session feels very supportive. She also checks in with me in between sessions which I’ve never experienced before! I really enjoy her energy and it’s a refreshing experience. I’d recommend her any day. She’s a wonderful listener and reminds me to take care of myself. I can’t thank her enough already!
