About me

I am a licensed Psychologist in the state of Utah with 10 years of counseling and therapy experience. I received a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University (2013) and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Seton Hall University (2018). I have worked with a wide variety of clients in diverse settings, with diverse issues. My primary training has been with Depression and Trauma. For the past 4 years I have working in various capacities for Veteran's Affairs Hospitals. I've worked with Veterans (individuals, groups, and couples) on military, transition, addiction, crisis, and trauma issues. I am well versed in trauma response and meaning making to take back your life from a traumatic experience. I have worked a lot with exposure and cognitive processing therapies in this area.

My approach is client-centered with some psychodynamics to help your process style inform your future.
