About me
I'm Jemma Coleman. You'll enjoy working with me if you like a warm and encouraging, to-the-point approach to counseling. I have over 14 years of experience working with a wide variety of issues, the usual, like anxiety and depression, as well as a few areas of specialization, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy and ART (accelerated resolution therapy). I find getting my clients up and running in their lives on their own two feet to be extremely rewarding. I believe in the capacity of all people to find ways to love and support themselves to better health and find great joy assisting in that process. Jemma was really kind and encouraging! She always had a great vibe and was really helpful throughout our sessions. I never felt uncomfortable talking to her, and it felt like conversing with a friend. I’m very happy to move on and keep in mind what she has taught me. Thank you!

Jemma had been exceptional through my entire therapy process. She’s taught me several methods to handle anxiety and helped me to understand what it’s all about. Through these I’ve been able to keep my thoughts out of the same “ruts” in the road. I can’t speak highly enough of her!
