About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon with a Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver. I hold my LCSW license in Oregon, I have over 8 years of experience working with individuals. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, postpartum and ADHD. I have also helped many individuals who have experienced trauma or abuse.

My counseling style is calm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, individuality and compassion . My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic/holistic, solution-focused and Motivational Interviewing therapies. I also practice Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

This process can be an empowering experience giving you the insight to accept, change, grow and accomplish whatever you identify as your goals. I believe the therapeutic relationship can be a rewarding and remarkable experience. I take great care in the work I do to understand you and your needs. I would be honored to be invited to witness and walk with you on your journey during this chapter in your life story. Whatever your goal or motivation, therapy can be a rewarding adventure of acceptance and discovery. I believe that we all have our own answers; however, they are sometimes covered by life's challenges and stress. My role is to help you uncover the answers that make sense for you.

Every one of us can experience satisfaction and fulfillment in life. I am passionate about the field of psychology and therapy and am committed to being a consistent support to you as you navigate life’s challenges. I've been working with Jenna for just over a year and her support has been exceptional! I love being able to schedule time outside of my work hours from 8am to 5pm and talk to her weekly. Knowing that you have someone who encouraging you and in your corner is the best feeling in the world. It is very easy to talk to her and she is very empathetic. Doesn't judge and help you process fully what you think and feel in your everyday life. She's always on time and super professional and just her voice tone makes her very easy to talk about. Thanks Jenna for all of your support!

Jenna is extremely kind and shows so much empathy and compassion during our sessions. The comfort she has given to me, truly makes me feel like I am chatting with a close friend. She provides great ideas, tools and insight and I always feel much better after my sessions with her.

jenna has been extremely supportive, personable, and resourceful. she has offered me new, helpful ideas for managing my anxiety, while also starting to help me learn how to practice helping myself without her there (with take away tasks and constructive goals).

Jenna is truly very empathetic and understanding. As she's also super open and flexible in many ways. She's seriously been great to have as I've embarked on my Journey to reclaiming self-esteem. And I believe she's someone who is a very strong expertise in her field!

Jenna is an incredibly kind, compassionate person. I have been very grateful for her guidance through some very stressful times in my life. She listens to me and makes me feel very comfortable opening up. Talking to her makes me feel more confident and much less anxious about dealing with the turmoil I am going through as well as coping with the experiences of my past. I feel like I have made so much progress in a pretty short amount of time!
