Jennifer Albert is highly experienced in therapy. She brings a wisdom that is so helpful in my times of need. Jennifer empathetically hears my story and rooting for me to succeed. I’ve had a few different therapists and I feel that Jennifer has a way of connecting with me that feels incredibly authentic. It feels like she is invested and cares. Aside from her brilliant ideas in coping with difficult situations, she asks specific questions that make you think harder about your worries. I’m grateful for Jennifer. She’s a pillar in my support system and I value her greatly

Jennifer has been my therapist on and off for a number of years. Not only did she remember the all the craziness from my past, but she was able to jump right in with the present. She’s always there for me and willing to rearrange her day if an emergency comes up and we need to talk.

Jennifer is a fantastic therapist. She's been able to help me during an extremely complicated stressful time in my life. One which I never imagined I would have to go through but I am happy that Jennifer is here to help me. Jennifer is always on top of things often reaching out to me when I would not expect her to, that is a huge plus. Sometimes when you're going through hard things in life it's difficult to open up to people. She has made it much easier and at first I was not used to it because what I was going through myself. Jennifer give you homework, she pushes you to look inside yourself and believe in yourself. I myself I'm going through a transformation and it is quite the journey. It's not easy but having Jennifer by my side as my therapist has helped me tremendously to this point.

Jennifer is the light that you need when your entire world feels dark. Jennifer is you cheerleader when you don’t feel like you’ve done anything cheerworthy. When I accomplish something, anything, I can’t wait to tell her and hear her (literally) squeal for joy. Jen cares. Genuinely. Jen saved my life.

She has been my therapist during my grieving process of losing my husband in October. When I reached out to Better Help I was feeling rather depressed and overwhelmed. Jennifer helped me get through the rough patch by keeping it real and not letting me sweep my emotions under the carpet. She has kept me positive and reminds me that all the stages of grief are acceptable, even when I am angry about things. It is okay to cry if I need to and I don't have to be every body's rock, it's okay to not be okay. She has allowed me to speak my truth and not judged me for my beliefs, instead she has been reassuring and supportive. It has been nice to have someone, unbiased yet responsive to talk to.

Jennifer Albert has helped tremendously throughout the year and a half that she has been my therapist. She has been kind and supportive during and between our sessions, always helping me get to the root of my issues and helping me process and deal with whatever came up. I have progressed a lot throughout this year and a half thanks to my sessions with her. My anxiety has diminished significantly and I feel much more confident in dealing with my issues. Jennifer Albert is also always on time and makes scheduling of sessions easy and clear. She has always been there for me and has always been accommodating. I feel very lucky to have had her as my therapist!

I love Jennifer Albert. She has changed my life. She treats me as if I’m her only client, which makes me feel prioritized and cared for. I had tried to switch counselors out of impulse one night, worked with about 2-3 other counselors, then requested if I could be matched with Jennifer again. I’m so grateful I was able to. She is the best counselor I’ve ever had the blessing of building a therapeutic relationship with— and I’ve been in counseling for over 10 years.

Jennifer Albert has been my therapist for several months, and she has been amazing. She has been a guiding force for me during a difficult period of conflict. She is kind, extremely knowledgeable, and has always helped me during my most difficult of times. Her reliability is unmatched, as she responds promptly if not immediately and regularly checks in with me in between sessions or when things are challenging. She periodically assigns homework, which I have found helpful and enjoyable to do. Her counseling and treatment has left me a much better person who feels better, healthier, and currently taking far more informed decisions. I am thankful for Jennifer and for every session with her and recommend her services without any hesitation whatsoever.

Jennifer is an excellent therapist. She is unbelievable with follow through and asks me to check in with her throughout the week. When I do, she is quick to respond. Amazingly she even checks in on me on the weekends. It is clear she has her clients' interests at heart and she is passionate in helping others. Her assessment of situations is spot on. At the same time she makes recommendations on life situations, however, allows me to make the choices which are important for one's own growth. Initially I was cautious about entering into counseling online. However, I am glad, I did and she accepted me as a client.
I would strongly recommend her to anyone interested in obtaining professional help for any life situation.
Thank You.

Jennifer is truly interested in the well-being of her clients. She made it clear from the get go that she is there for me and willing to be supportive in helping me to grow and move forward from things in my past. I've worked with several counselors in the past, but this is the first time where I feel my counselor actually understands me and where I'm coming from. Jennifer encourages me to speak openly and makes me feel like I can say whatever is on my mind and not be judged for it.

When I met Jennifer a few months ago, I was scared, broken and sad, but extremely determined to get my life back on track after an emotional divorce. Through many conversations with Jennifer, I was able to do just that. I have seen significant growth in my mental health, and I owe a lot of the credit to Jennifer. Her guidance and ability to understand my situation after such a short period of time is just irreplaceable. Along with the fact that she was always on time to our meetings and had quick responses to my messages, Jennifer always goes above and beyond to provide help that is practical and real to help me navigate through everyday life. And while I still have a long road ahead of me, she has helped me gain confidence in myself, and have a more optimistic outlook on life and for that I am truly grateful. Thank you Jennifer, you are heaven sent!

Jennifer Albert has been a wonderful counselor. I started with her about a year ago when I was having anxiety issues. I was apprehensive about counseling as I had no prior experience with it. Jennifer put me completely at ease right away. Her voice is calming, and her demeanor warm. Some new life events have caused more stress and anxiety, and she has been there both to talk to and to message with. She encourages me to keep in touch with her throughout the week, and responds when I reach out. I feel that she is very much a part of my team, and a welcome source of support.

How do you put into words a voice
Which softens blows
And nudges your armor forgotten
How to describe the comfort
Of someone to feel with you
And polish your shine
It doesn't feel like just talking
When a year on you have a dignity
A refinement of knowledge
That your failures now crown you content
Help in its most basic form
Is someone holding your gaze for the horizon
With steady shelter as the burns fade
She says to me
As always I'm here for you
And to her I say
Thanks for listening

I have been a patient of Ms. Albert's since March 2018. I began my therapy with Ms. Albert during a time of emotional turbulence. I did not know where I stood in my relationship and I was extremely frantic trying to find answers. When Ms. Albert stepped in, she was very empathetic and but logical and realistic when it came time for me to face the issues I needed to deal with in my relationship. At all times, Ms. Albert closely listened to the issues I was dealing with and helped me dissect the emotions I was feeling so that I could take control of my emotions and eventually, the situation at hand. Ms. Albert has helped me time and again respond appropriately to the problems that are going on in my life and relationships. Currently, I am still facing many relationship issues but I go confidently in the direction that Ms. Albert directs me as I know she has my best interest at heart and is always looking for a way to help me navigate my anxiety and relationship issues. I am very happy that I am in her care and see myself continuing treatment with her for a long time.

I've been a patient of Jennifer Albert for the past two months. I'd like to use the following words to review of my experience under her therapy. I want to thank Jennifer for the last two months of being there for me through my troubles. I was in a moment of pain when I decided to sign up for counselling, and it was a good thing that I did. She made me feel heard and understood; She made me feel like my feelings mattered, which is something I hadn't felt in years. She was there for me through the biggest decision in my life recently, the decision to commit to my music seriously and following my true path. She understood how I felt about it all, and that encouraged me even further to be bolder in my decision. I have a lot left to unravel about myself, but our time has given me the push to continue my soul searching to live an honest fulfilling life. Though a have many challenges ahead, I'm happy to finally be living honestly and paying my dues for the life I truly want. I am a new person; I have confidence in my path and in myself. I thank Jennifer from the bottom of my heart for being there for me through this transition. I had to end counseling due to personal finances, I am completely satisfied with everything Jennifer has done for me. I don't doubt that the future would have held so many opportunities for me to explore myself even further.

I have recently went through a traumatic divorce and difficult transition period in my and my daughter's life. I decided to seek therapy through this site. The convenience and ease of access through communication helped me greatly. I messaged Jennifer whenever I felt it was needed and she responded promptly. Even though she had many patients, I always felt my needs were attended to in an urgent manner. It was nice to hear Jennifer Alberts professional opinions on my situations. Thanks for your help in this difficult time.

My experience with Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. She has such a warmth about her. She was very kind, very easy to talk to, and has a wonderful senses of humor. I really enjoyed my time working with her. She does message you back in a timely manner, which I like. I've work with two other therapist before face to face, but my experience with them just felt like I was not getting any where. Not saying they didn't help any. Only a little. But as soon as I express my concern to Jennifer about what my goals where, I felt as though she definitely understood where I was coming from. Therapy in my opinion, is not supposed to make you feel like your not getting any where or always feeling your money is being wasted or taken. It should be about wanting to achieve your goals, having closure with the issues you were dealing with, and eventually living the life you see yourself living. Because, eventually we have to move on and start putting what we learn and got from therapy into action. I feel like, I can see myself accomplishing these goals with Jennifer's help. I would recommend her because she shows she cares, and really wants to help you to succeed at accomplishing your goals that you truly want to accomplish. Thank you Jennifer.

Written on Dec 31, 2017 after therapy with Jennifer for 2 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, relationship, family, sleeping, and bipolar
I began working with Jennifer Albert (LMFT) about three months ago. I
had no prior experience with therapy of any kind, and I came seeking a
place where I could get help sorting myself out with no judgement, no
conflicted interests, and no pressure. I found all of that in Jennifer
and more.
I came to my first session a ball of conflict between societal
expectations, culture norms from work, pressure from family and
friends, and who I was versus who I wanted to be. By the end of that
first session all of those things were still there, but I knew I had
found my safe place. Jennifer made me feel completely comfortable, and
the beginning of our work together was an outpouring of my soul that I
hardly had any idea was there. It felt completely natural to open up
to her and just doing so was cathartic.
Far from just being a sounding board however, Jennifer cares deeply
about her clients. Perhaps it is her empathy that allows her to
connect on such a personal level so quickly, but energy and enthusiasm
are the real implements of her art. Her energy is infectious, and even
on my worst of days I would leave our sessions with a “can do” spirit
in my heart.
Now, I can’t claim to have everything figured out, and Jennifer isn’t
some magic cure-all. She’s a real person who has real conversations,
she cheers for your wins, and shares in your losses, adds some
perspective here, makes a suggestion there, and even sprinkles in some
corny jokes. But before I knew what was happening I was healing and
growing; I can say confidently that now I have the tools to make my
own way. My priorities are clearer, I am on a journey of self
exploration that will go on forever, and I’ve learned to let the noise
in my life be just that: noise. Maybe these things are intuitive and I
would have arrived here on my own eventually, but nobody has time to
wait around for “eventually,” and I can promise that spending an hour
or so a week talking to someone who really cares is much easier than
the curriculum offered at Hard Knocks.

So my husband and I got to a point in our relationship that we knew it was time to seek therapy to save our marriage. Our marriage wasn't at the brink of divorce but it was being chipped away little by little with every argument. Both of us have had experience with therapy before and we knew how difficult it would be to open up to a total stranger. We also knew it would be difficult to find a good fit for us both since we are very different in how we communicate. We decided to take a shot and see how it would go, so we were paired with Jennifer and begun therapy. It was a great relief for us that she was exactly what we both needed…a therapist that does not judge or impose their opinions. We have been seeing her now for some months and she's gotten to now us at our own pace. Now we are ready to begin doing the work and learning the lessons we need to effectively communicate and not tear our relationship apart. It's great to know that we get to do this work and learn from someone like Jennifer who is amazing at communicating and understanding. She makes it easier for us to express ourselves and that makes it easier for us to learn the necessary lessons from her. To say we are extremely happy that we were matched with such a great therapist is an understatement!
