About me
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Maine and Massachusetts with 6 years of professional work experience as a therapist. I have experience in helping clients with emotional identification/regulation, stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, confidence and concentration, memory and focus, relationship and workplace issues and improving communication and interpersonal skills. I've worked with clients with a number of diagnoses, including ADHD, Autism, depression, anxiety, ODD and more.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I provide a trauma-informed, strength based approach with various therapy techniques pulled from CBT, DBT, Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing therapies. I consider my practice to be culturally competent and I'm always expanding my knowledge and understanding of diversity and inclusion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
