About me
I am a licensed professional counselor in Missouri in my first year of professional work and five years of training experience in a counseling setting. I am also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and have worked in the employment field and in counseling with people who have intellectual/developmental disabilities. I help people with managing stress, anxiety, and depression, improving motivation, self-esteem, and relationships, also with career concerns, life changes, and other issues. I consider myself a realistic and eclectic therapist, using a variety of therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy. My ideal client is motivated, open-minded, ready to address difficult topics, prepared to take actions steps, and ready to create new habits.
I strive to learn what is most important in your life to help plan your goals for therapy while also being compassionately direct. I look forward to working with you!
