About me

Life is hard enough as we know it; add current events, family conflict, marital problems, and difficulties with managing your children's mental health and you have created a recipe for disaster. Your day to day expectations can be overwhelming and cause challenges as you have to manage everyone including workload, family life, and yourself too. If you are able to relate, please allow me to help you. We may not be able to perfect all identified areas requiring attention but we can certainly work to make things better. As we create a partnership, together, we can tackle anxiety, depression, behavioral health, and develop healthy techniques to overcome barriers preventing you from living your best life.

I offer therapy for North Carolina residents and I would be delighted to offer help for you. As we collaborate, we will work towards achieving your life goals. I have nine years of experience focusing on mental health. I offer a person centered approach, solution focus, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness therapy with motivational techniques. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

If you are ready to take the first step to a better life, I am ready to take the first step with you.

Jennifer & I met after hurricane Helene through better help. I was apprehensive about starting with a new therapist- as many of us often are. She took ample time to listen, get to know me, & foster a relationship & trust. Her commitment to my growth has been invaluable & continues to get better each week. Highly recommend her!

As someone who’s avoided therapy for quite some time, Jennifer has made this experience so pleasant and easy. I look forward to our meetings. She is fair when identifying issues and provides fair suggestions on how to address them.

My therapist listens to me attentively and remembers the things I’ve talked about before. She seems engaged and makes me feel very comfortable when I discuss very personal things. I’m so thankful that I came across her, she’s helped me so very much.
