So kind and so relatable. Able to let me go on when I need but guide me back when necessary. Offered solid CBT techniques for my anxious grief thoughts that I much appreciate.

Jennifer has been a great therapist and listener for me. This is my first time being in therapy and it’s been nothing short of an extremely helpful and valuable experience for me. I feel like I’m heard when talking and the ability to help me look at situations from different angles has been so helpful for me in my journey. Can’t say enough good things about my time with Jennifer and BetterHelp overall

Haven't worked with her long enough, but so far so good; she is attentive, lets me guide our sessions, and is an incredible listener. She also provides structure in a non-pushy way.
