Jennifer Frohock, LPC
About me
I am currently a licensed professional counselor in Michigan with over 20 years of experience working as a school counselor, family therapist and counseling supervisor. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including educational/career goals, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting and marital concerns, career challenges, grief/loss and motivational/life purpose goals.
My therapy style is inclusive, warm and interactive. I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and without the use of harsh labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution-focused therapy; tailoring our sessions and treatment plan to meet individual needs and goals. I believe we can all benefit from being heard and supported.
Seeking help to live a more fulfilled, purposeful and happier life takes courage. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you on your journey.
Best to you,
Jennifer
