About me
I approach serious and stressful situations with creativity & greater emotional and intellectual understanding. Through individual and couples therapy, I integrate a broad spectrum of evidenced- based approaches that support healing and deeper fulfillment. I work with people of all ages and adjust therapeutic technique dynamically based on the individual’s needs and preferences. I have helped clients find relief from anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, relationship struggles and also provide an affirming therapeutic space for those who are lgbtq.
Beliefs & emotional responses learned from previous experience can limit us. It matters what we focus on, how we interpret it, and how we respond. I utilize goal oriented hands on practical approach to problem solving.

Jenn has a calm and laidback approach in our sessions that is always accepting and patient. She has helped me so much with anxiety struggles, family/relationship issues, and just general life skills as I transition into my mid-late 20s. She has been a warm and incredibly kind therapist and presence!

Jenn has completely changed my life. She helped me walk through the hardest year of my life with compassion and empathy. Jennifer has been incredible! She always works with me when scheduling my appointments so I can fit in a session each week.
