About me
Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I am a North Carolina licensed and based clinical social worker who has been working with adolescents, families, and adults for over twenty years. The bulk of my professional experience derives from working as a school counselor and school social worker in the public K-12 setting, but I also have experience in private practice, and as a flight attendant for a major airline.
My areas of expertise include stress and anxiety management, relationship issues, family conflict, coping with grief, loss, and life changes, and self-esteem concerns. Preferred modalities are: client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
All individuals are unique and have the power to unlock their best self! I look forward to helping you navigate your life's exciting journey.
