About me
I am a licensed therapist in the states of Montana, Arizona, Nebraska, Colorado, and Wisconsin and a nationally registered art therapist. I graduated from Mount Mary University in 2015 with a master's degree in Art Therapy with a concentration in Counseling. I have worked in residential treatment, educational settings, and in addiction treatment. I have worked with children, teens, and adults providing individual, group, and family therapy. I have experience working with individuals struggling with addiction and substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, self-harm, and for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. I provide care using person-centered and trauma-informed approaches.
I engage with clients empathetically and allow my clients to be the experts on themselves while I help guide the therapeutic process. I often adjust my counseling style to fit each individual's needs. I am glad that you are taking the first steps to improve your life and I look forward to working with you!

Jennifer saved my life. I’d hope everyone could find a therapist as great as her.

Working with Jennifer has been very, very, helpful over the last year or so. She's been flexible, easy to work with, and helped me get through a rather dark time and from there helped me work on ways to deal with current issues and improve my relationships and outlook.

I’ve been a client of Jennifer’s for I think about a year and I’ve grown so much in that small amount of time. Unlike other therapists I’ve had, she seems to honestly care about helping you. From everything to serious life issues to just having a weird day she always makes me feel heard and helps me tackle it. Not to mention she uses a variety of tools to make sure you’re getting the help the way you need it. You’re awesome Jennifer!
