Jennifer Keyte, LCSW
About me
I have years of experience working with young adults, parents/families, and educators to navigate the unique challenges each of these experiences can bring. I support clients in navigating life transitions, identity development, values clarity, emotion regulation, and shame resilience. I also work with clients on attachment-related relationship dynamics and challenges that stem from early childhood or other attachment injuries. By connecting in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space, clients are able to explore their internal worlds and gain clarity as well as a renewed sense of empowerment in their lives.
It is through this person-centered approach that clients gain insight and begin to heal, resulting in healthier relationships with others and with the self. I draw from ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) and am advanced trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy). I am also a yoga teacher and integrate mindfulness into my work with clients.
Life presents all of us with challenges that we are not meant to navigate alone. It is infinitely more meaningful when we can explore our inner worlds in the safe presence of another.
