About me
Hello! My name is Jennifer Linarello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 20 years of counseling experience. I have helped my clients work through concerns, challenges, and life transitions. These include: depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, family and child conflict, career and life changes and ADHD.
While I focus on strengths based and holistic approaches, I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic, person centered, and brief solution focused therapy. Also I use a lot of Mindfulness techniques and mind-body awareness work.
From a strengths based perspective, my initial focus is on establishing rapport and identifying strengths and resiliency. My style is genuine, warm and kind.
