Jenn has been great to talk to. She really knows her stuff. I was very wary and skeptical at first as therapy is brand new to me, but it's only been a few weeks and I'm already seeing great improvement with my issues/concerns based on her advice and tools.

I think Jennifer is strongest at her ability to talk about relationships. Which I’m sure is the Majority of most counseling. Her worksheets are a great part of the counseling. The only critique I would give is a bit more wholistic. Professional, romantic etc. though I’m not sure you have counselors geared towards specific topic matters.

Jennifer is a caring person who pays attention to the details and can help you wade through your own issues to find the things that need to be worked on. She challenged me in all the right ways and was not afraid to share her own life situations that parallel mine as a way to make me feel more human about my issues and feel that her advice comes from personal experience.

Your very good at what you do and I would not be where I am right now if it wasn't for you . So thank you again

Jennifer really took the time to get to know me and evaluate the pain points I was struggling with. She’s very kind and easy to talk to. She helped provide me with a new outlook as well as different strategies to support that. I got the feeling that she truly cared about my progress and that I stayed on track even if that meant attacking an issue from multiple angles.

Jennifer is a great force of positivity and I really value the insights, encouragement, and genuine care she showed me during therapy. She's adaptable to what works for you and what doesn't — with her it's a journey to find out how to live your life better. More than anything I always felt like she had my best interests in mind, and that she really wanted to see me succeed in my goals and be happy, which itself was invaluable. She's an incredibly kind person and a caring therapist, so I would highly recommend anyone talk to her and see if she fits your needs!

Jenn is such a caring person who is very warm, non judgemental & shows much empathy. I have enjoyed these last few months working with her & have definitely improved on my outlook on my life. Jenn helped me to see there was a lot I was missing out on due to struggling with my grief, she listened & gave me thoughtful suggestions, which I didn't always follow due to my stubbornness towards change but she managed to get through to me with some gentle persuasion lol, once I decided that I needed to change it was easier. Thank you so much for all patience & guidance Jenn.

Jennifer has been kind, patient and a very understanding counselor who I had the benefit of connecting through BetterHelp. While I was struggling with understanding my anxiety and a lot many situations related to abuse and trauma, she has particularly being able tp help me find words to my thoughts and emotions. A lot of why's about my feelings and emotions, are being answered with her help. I feel glad that she is my counselor. She has helped me with anxiety management, ways to cope with trauma, helping me understand various forms of abuse and abusers and thus helping me accept my situation. Through phone and chat sessions she has helped me deal with the severe emotional stress I had endured through years of traumatizing experiences and abuse. She is prompt at responding back to my urgent messages to her, and somewhere the fact that I receive a lot of validation about my thoughts from her, that I am able to deal with my chaotic life with peace. I would highly recommend her to anyone/everyone who is dealing with processing trauma, abuse, or has grown up feeling different from his/her surroundings. She checks in on you, to make you are able to process the solutions to your why's and how's. Thank you Jenn, for a lot of support and being so kind, compassionate and patient with me.
