Hi, I have been seeing Jennifer Martinez MS,LPC since I started using better help.
She listens to what I say and helps me to understand things, when I say I am not getting it. She offers exercises for me to do between sessions and let her know how they are going.

I leave every session feeling a little lighter and a little more secure in my choices. She has a great way of explaining things and making you feel comfortable and confident. She definitely has a great sense of humor and doesn't sugar coat anything, 10/10 would recommend.
