Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jennifer Paradysz. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Jenn has been amazing from day 1 and I am lucky to have her as my therapist. She is extremely empathic and caring and has been a lifeline when I've needed it. Even when she is busy she will take time to respond and let me know I've been heard and my feelings are Valid.
She offers amazing insights and is supportive but she will also tell me things I don't necessarily want to hear, if that's what she thinks is best for me. She does it respectfully and gently, it's greatly appreciated.
I have nothing but good things to say!

The sign of a great therapist is really wanting to open up to them, and Jennifer definitely brings that out in me. She's a great questioner/listener who's made me look forward to doing the work of therapy. Betterhelp is right!

Jennifer has helped me so much! I had never seen a therapist or been to therapy prior to joining BetterHelp. Jennifer made me feel so comfortable right from the beginning, and she has given me so many tools to better cope with my day to day life and my emotions. I really enjoy working with her!
