About me
Asking for help can be one of the hardest decisions that a person experiences. It can make you feel vulnerable, and this can be scary. I want you to know that this is YOUR safe place and WE will work to help you feel better and get to a better place mentally and overall. I bring my personality and spunk into the counseling sessions so that the process is extremely beneficial.
Change is hard, but it can be AWESOME when it happens. I want you to know that throughout change comes growth and helping YOU grow is one of the reasons that I chose to be a counselor. I have experience working with many different individuals male and female in the office and also online. I have experience with depression, anxiety, stress management, career issues, relationships, marriage issues, LGBTIQ, abuse from the victims and perpetrator standpoint, addictions (substance use, eating, and gambling), and healthy lifestyle changes.
I utilize real life scenarios and topics to make the change process easier. Using a person centered approach will help YOU to feel like what we are working on is real and not just something out of a textbook. I became a counselor because I know what it feels like to be a client and with this experience, I provide my clients with safety, warmth, compassion, and appropriate techniques to help change to occur.
I look forward to working with you.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jennifer Reynolds. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I signed up for BetterHelp after a very difficult time in my life. Jennifer from the start showed interest in getting to know me and not the situation that led me to seek help. She understood that my reaction to the situation had more to do more with who I am as a person than the situation itself. She guided me through some major realizations about my strength and power to face difficult situations. She also helped me define my boundaries and stop feeling guilty for protecting my well being. I highly recommend Jennifer.

She's very attentive, and asks a lot of questions that I often find myself avoiding. She can seem confrontational, and that's what I need. She might not be the counselor for everyone, but she is definitely helping me look and go in the right direction to make a change with myself.
