We will create a safe space for you to explore your feelings and find the empowerment you need to build a meaningful and fulfilling life. As a LMFT with more than 25 years of experience providing support to clients to develop personal awareness, strength and healing I will help you create more energy, confidence and courage to take the next steps in your life. I work holistically, using a set of eclectic therapeutic techniques like cognitive behavioral, existential and narrative therapy to tailor my work directly to your personal needs. Dr Roberts is incredibly helpful! I feel very understood, appreciated, and supported.
