I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, motivation, self esteem and confidence, impulse control, & family conflicts/communication skills. Jennifer is a therapist who allows me to work on my problems in a helpful, meaningful way that I feel comfortable with. She doesn’t say, “No, this is what you need to do,” when in trying to work through something. She is more of a patient-centered therapist and I feel comfortable with her.
