I really feel like I have struck gold with Jennifer Torres. I have been in therapy with her for almost 2 years. She has helped me with a lot of my trauma and has given me the tools to deal with my stress and triggers. She helped me navigate through my discovery with me being trans non binary. I have confidence and a healthy lifestyle now. I would recommend her to anyone in need of therapy.

'She is a saviour and she has changed my life,' I simply can't come up with any other description that fits my feeling about Jennifer. Within the first 10 mins of our very first session, I instantly clicked with her; and during the past 3 months, her guidance and care have helped me get through many difficult times. Jennifer is not only a great listener but a skilled and experienced counselor who really cares about me as a person and who provides practical instructions and tools to manage my thought process and regulate my emotions. This journey has been a life-changing experience.
