About me
Seeking therapy takes courage. It may feel vulnerable and awkward but by asking for help, you’ve already made an important step in your journey!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of SC specializing in Trauma, PTSD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I have over 7 years of clinical experience in the Community Mental Health setting and am passionate about helping my clients work towards mental wellness.
My approach is warm and person centered; I want to meet you where you’re at and work together to come up with a goal for what you would like to see change in your life.
I am liberal and an open minded person who has worked with many people from all walks of life! I will never judge and will always check in with you to see if I am the right fit for your needs. My ultimate goal is to create a safe place for you to express who you are authentically and to feel free to talk about anything on your mind without a filter.
My clinical expertise is in trauma therapy, including PTSD, anxiety, and depression as well as learning the skills to recover from Borderline Personality Disorder through Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I have a strong background working with the LGBTQ+ community as well.
I look forward to working with you!
