Jenny Rowe, LCPC
About me
I have been a licensed behavioral health professional for over 20 years in Maryland. My style is collaborative and holistic with a focus on my client's identified goals and overall health. I treat all ages and respect the challenges that come with each phase of life. Each phase can trigger anxiety, depression, problems with sleep, change in appetite or job performance or satisfaction issues, problems with attention or concentration, all of which I am experienced working with. Therapy can sometimes be a challenge because it requires accountability and openness for change but with the right support it can be a platform for positive self-improvement. Learning coping skills, increasing frustration tolerance, changing perspectives, learning to enjoy life's unpredictability is all part of successful therapy. I look forward to working together to achieve your goals.
