Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for James Wells. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

James is an experienced, compassionate, honest and well articulated therapist. He communicates well and helps me navigate uncomfortable subjects and thought processes. I can't say enough his things about him. Good therapy, personal growth and progress is never easy. But with a good support system, those stormy waters are easier to navigate.

James Wells is phenomenal and I couldn’t be more thankful to him for how has helped me navigate the most challenging periods of my life. He is a great listener, a wealth of wisdom, insightful, and honest (just to name a few). I am a better man now than what I was prior to meeting James.

I have only had 3 sessions with James so far, 3 of the best sessions in my life I did not even know I needed so badly.
James is patient, listens, understands my concerns and profers the best solutions!
My therapy experience so far has been miles ahead of what I thought it would be.
Thank you James! You’re really great at what you do!

A great therapist who deserves all accolades

I was expecting this process to move much slower as I often feel misunderstood and not great at verbalizing my emotions, history, and relationships. I'm honestly shocked at how well and quicly James understands me, can help me articulate, and he either has an incredible memory or keeps detailed notes as he ties in previous conversations we have had with precise accuracy.
I've been throughly impressed with his rapid assessment and feel like we got on the right road right off the bat. Very fortunate to have been matched with him as my therapist. thank you~
