I am a licensed profession counselor in Mississippi with 4 years of experience working as a counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and most recently substance use disorders.

My therapy style is based on what my client needs in the present moment. I believe in treating everyone with respect and empowering the client to make change in their lives. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, and mindfulness practices.
